Tori: "I...I just need something to keep my mind off some things, okay?"
Doodle: "Alright, I guess..."
Tori and Doodle walk to the lab in their house, where Tori then starts doing finishing touches on a robot part and chip. He then shuts Doodle off and begins to add the parts to him. About a half and hour later, he finishes adding the parts.
Tori: "All set! Now just click the purple button on your arm and choose a place!"
Doodle: "Oh wowie! This is cool....Wait, aren't you like enlightened and all that? Aren't you suppose to mostly care about sex?"
Tori takes a deep breath "Well first of all, just...don't mention enlightment like that sweetie we don't know what could happen. Secondly, I still have my common sense with me; my. job. and. hobbies. are. more. important. than. sex."
Doddle starts looking for places to go "Shouldn't GCBI be here?"
Tori: "I haven't finished it yet, just go to DC when you're done."
Doodle finally picks a place and hops into the portal that gets created from his hand. The portal quickly closes when he enters. Tori sighs, with both worry and relief.
Haru: ...Great, just great. They're both oracles now!
Momiji Inubashiri waves to the group. "Awoo, my friends, back from Youkai Mountain at Gensokyo! The greater tengu told us to leave it for a moment...then we saw that Red Shirne Maiden go to the mountain...what is she planning?"
Walbergi and Campania sit on a roof. They are both outfitted in a strange outfit, containing light body armor, padding, and a helmet. Campania takes a long draw from an E-Cig before releasing the vapor from his lips and turning the device off. Walbergi looks upon an insect from his Stand, DROWN IN IT. At their feet sits a radio.
Meanwhile, Pasta enters a brothel. Lucky for him, the Brothel is closed- and has only the proprietor inside. Pasta ascends the stairs towards the proprietor, and speaks into a small device.
"...Just another moment and operation Rūaumoko may begin." As Campania and Walbergi hear this info, they stand up and stretch. A few more insects form around Walbergi. Campania looks around at the city, and his stoic expression quickly becomes one with anger. "Hate this place..." he mutters to himself.
Pasta stands before a dumbfounded man. The man, the owner of multiple brothels in the area, sits in a cushy leather chair masturbating to images on a monitor. Before the man can speak, Pasta calls out to his stand, SEXBOMB. In just a brief moment, a bomb is formed from Pasta's PSI- and just as fast as it was formed, it barrels towards the man. As soon as it reaches the frightened man, who at this point still has his erect johnson in his hands, it explodes, destroying his body completely. Pasta speaks once more into his device.
"...Alright, im good. Heading to point A. Squad-Alpha will meet me there. Begin operation Rūaumoko."
Campania seethes with rage. As soon as Pasta gives the go ahead, he jumps down to the streets below and calls out to his stand, YOU SHOOK ME ALL NIGHT LONG. The Gorilla-like entity is formed from Campania's PSI, and immediately begins slamming its fists into the ground. As soon as it does, the city descends into chaos- as an earthquake with an 8.2 Magnitude has just errupted.
With help from an ally, Libellula, safely seated within her mech at the bottom of a large body of water, hijacks Nichibotsu FM, the local radio station. She activates her microphone and begins speaking in a clear voice.
As Pasta moves deftly through the crowd, he spots a GCB officer. He forms a SexBomb and sends it towards the officer- as it detonates, it obliterates the officer and his car. This sends the crowd into further panic.
Wahlbergi, sticking close to Campania, summons several millions of insects using his stand, DROWN IN IT. they begin forming a solid wall around the two, protecting them from any nearby enemies or debris.
Several COITUS soldiers surround an impressively undamaged building, as a helicopter hovers around it. A heavily armored team enters the building, while the rest of the soldiers guard the exterior. After a few minutes, the heavily armored team emerges on the building's rooftop, and seem to give the helicopter some sort of gesture. It lands on the roof shortly after, and several people jump out - snipers to guard the rooftops, more heavily armored soldiers, and, most notably, a man in a crisp black suit. He and several men run inside the building.

A well dressed soldier stops Betty from entering the building and hands her a briefcase, and points her to a building a few blocks away. He points at the roof and signals to her to open the case on top of the building.
Campania screams in anger staring at the GCBI tower. Small parts of it have fallen off, but nothing too serious.
The thing approaching the surface of the water is getting much, much closer. Crowds have begun running away from the sea. Some people begin to commit suicide, with their easy lives never letting them experience and understand how to handle stress.
Mikan is cute wrote: Betty nods and bolts towards the roof. Once she gets there, she hesitates, wondering what could be in there, but opens it.
Inside the case is a deconstructed PSI-enhanced sniper rifle, an assembly pamphlet to help with the assembly of the gun, and a monitor. The Monitor has the number 10 at the top right of it, and a picture of a man at the center. Below the photo of the man a line of text reads "EXPECTED TO BE BELOW YOU- TRY NOT TO HIT CIVVIES."
Wahlbergi, still close to Campania, spots a few GCBI officers trying to recover from the continuous earthquake and making feeble efforts to subdue the pair. He uses Drown in it to swarm them with insects, burrowing into their bodies through cuts on their limbs. The insects, destroying the flesh of the officers, causes them immense ammounts of unbearable pain. Some shoot themselves in the head to escape the pain. Others are not so lucky - the insects have destroyed their arms to such a point at which they can no longer pick things up, and are forced to suffer for what feels like eternity before the insects reach either their heart or their brain.
